EID-UL-FITR

Eid-Ul-Fitr is the Islamic Holiday, which marks the end of the fasting during Ramzan and the first day of the next month, after another new moon has been sighted. Eid ul-Fitr is the festival of Breaking the Fast and a special celebration is made. Muslims donate food to the poor, everyone puts on their best, usually wear new clothes and communal prayers are held early in the morning, followed by feasting and visiting relatives and friends. This prayer is optional as opposed to the compulsory five daily prayers.
